At Popppyn, every item is lovingly hand-painted to order — which means a little patience goes a long way! Here’s what you can expect:

Processing Time Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be hand-painted and prepared for shipment. Each piece is created individually, so processing time may vary slightly depending on order volume — especially during busy seasons like holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days if shipping within the U.S.

Order Tracking You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your keepsake’s journey to your door.

Shipping Delays While we do our best to get your order to you on time, please note that processing and shipping times may be affected by high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience!
